When will it arrive?

We print it to order in Durban. Standard delivery is dispatched within 3 business days, and most orders leave the next business day. It's then delivered in 3 to 7 business days, tracked. If you need it sooner, pick Priority at checkout and we'll pack yours first.

What size should I get?

Oversized fit, true to size. Size up if you want it looser. Check the size guide before you order, because every piece is made to order and we can't swap sizes.

Will the print crack or fade?

No. It's DTF, pressed into the fabric instead of sitting on top. Wash it inside out on cold and it stays sharp.

Why does it cost more than tees I've seen online?

Most cheap tees online are thin and ship from overseas, with customs fees added when they land. Ours is 280 GSM heavyweight acid wash, printed to order in Durban and checked by hand before it ships. Customers rate us 4.97 out of 5.

What's your returns policy?

We make everything to order, so we don't do change-of-mind or sizing returns. If your order arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, email stephan@steku.co.za within 7 days with your order number and a clear photo, and we'll sort a replacement or refund.
