- We offer nationwide shipping within South Africa, including all provincial outliers.
- Orders should typically arrive within 10 days of purchase. If your order hasn't arrived within this timeframe, please check your tracking number. If there’s still an issue, feel free to reach out to us at stephan@steku.co.za for assistance.
1.2 Do I Get a Tracking Number?
- Yes! Once your payment has cleared and your order has been shipped, you will receive an order confirmation along with your tracking number via email.
1.3 I’m Having Issues Tracking My Order
- After your order has been shipped, it’s processed by the courier, scanned, and entered into the tracking system. Sometimes, there can be a delay between these steps, which may cause the tracking information to not appear immediately.
- This could be due to one of the following reasons:
- The courier hasn’t accepted or scanned your package yet.
- The tracking information hasn’t been updated in the system.

-International orders typically take between 10–30 days to arrive, depending on your country, customs processing, and courier service.
-Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

-International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in our product or shipping prices.
-These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by your local customs office.
-We recommend checking your country’s import policies before placing your order.
